eTwinning Ambassadors Marilyn Tinkler and Susie Arnott are on their way back tonight from a professional development Future Classroom Lab in Brussels.
It's a two day course for eTwinners across Europe who want to explore the Future Classroom and what it means for 21st century learning, looking at ways to integrate ICT into their teaching practice!
Marilyn has this to report on her way back, "an exciting peek into the world of 21st century learning! The classroom itself was an Aladdins cave of fresh tools, software, hardware and practical guidance second to none... Not only from the course leader and his colleagues, but everyone who attended the training was keen to share best practice! I have learned so many ways to increase and freshen up my collaboration skills".
Look out for more blogs from Future Classroom Lab attendees going into detail about what they have learned! We're sending 11 UK eTwinners to these labs taking place this autumn, all for two days about various ICT related topics. There's a lab on the interactive whiteboard coming up in late October which has proved popular!
