This Maths/ICT focus professional development workshop was aimed at primary teachers from across Europe. 5 UK teachers were selected due to their strong application for a place, their roles ranged from school principal to ICT coordinator. A welsh eTwinning ambassador was one of the 5 and helped to present during a workshop.
The workshops were aimed at increasing teacher’s professional development within the subject area of Maths/ICT. The workshops were targeted at all abilities, beginners, intermediate and advanced, they ranged from ICT tools for beginners/intermediate to Lego robotics for the more advanced.
All UK participants integrated themselves fully in the workshop programme and indeed have ended up making new contacts as well as increasing their understanding of eTwinning and how to effectively use match and ICT tolls in the classroom.
